Job profile and environment analysis
The customer names the requirements and the position in which the future job holder is incorporated into the organisation, or it is put together with our help. Through this, a comprehensive job profile is created.
By reference to a targeted and systematically executed market research, done in clearly defined segments, the direct search finds its targets of identifying suitable people, whose careers correspond to the stipulated qualifications. If required a target company list is compiled, which is aligned with that of the customer’s. The necessary application documents are requested.
Evaluation of the application documents
The submitted documents are assessed from both a professional and a psychological point of view.
Preliminary talks with applicants
We lead preliminary talks with those suitably matched candidates. Afterwards we interview those people who, due to their previous job experiences, match as closely as possible to the defined job profile. Finally we come to a preliminary selection and give recommendations for recruitment and for contractual arrangements.
The final decision will be made by the customer on the basis of the interviews.

Winfried Bungert, Managing Partner
Winfried Bungert has many years of experience as a self-employed business and recruitment consultant. In 1988, after studying information technology at Kaiserslautern University, he started his professional career path at IDS Prof. Scheer GmbH / IDS Scheer AG. After many years of successful work as a software developer, business consultant and project leader, he worked in several leading positions. In 1995 he began to set up the financial services business unit (banking and insurances) for IDS Scheer AG. He was also responsible for growing the international banking-advisory business. As director of company strategy and innovation management, as well as being a member of the extended board Winfried was from 2000 onwards a significant player in achieving the middle and long-term stability of the company’s success. At the same time he was managing director for the subsidiaries in Switzerland and in the United Kingdom. During his long professional career Winfried gained the most relevant experience in Consulting and advisory for national and international banking, manufacturing, consulting and IT service provider companies.
